What Birds Know
is a graphic novel in progress,
created by Emelie Friberg & Mattias Thorelli. It's intended to be read in printed form, but for now you can read it online for free.
Warning: The comic contains mature themes and therefore it is not suitable for people under the age of 14.
elia, as a teenager, was running headlong into the horrible life she’d been given, eager, if unwittingly, to perpetuate the same problem on her children. her utter stupidity made it hard to sympathize with her character, but…now that we see all the implications of her difficult life…i do have some sympathy for her for her tragic end. still, perhaps better than that a beginning with ian…to me the lesson here is, 18 year old girls: do NOT marry the first guy who asks you! but people that young are almost never smart enough to learn from the wisdom or mistakes of others.
Nestly: Jeeeze. Elia looks damn-well petrified. 8(
And this entire time she hasn’t said a word. XD
Awwww, way to go sticking up for your friend! :D
Elia just made a new friend :D
You know, I had teachers like this… never did get the story right.
Maybe she did. Maybe she’s smart enough just to separate them.

@ michelle4jerusalem:
It is a pearl of wisdom from my English teacher: Wait until you are 25 to get married. :D
Poor Elia, happily rolling her snow-boulder along when those little jerks ruined it all. Kid with pink scarf is a mouthbreather :P
Poor Elia. I love this comic, please update soon.
