Wait… he is Dores’ father? Tell me, why does he look so young?
Dee, I think that’s her brother.
Matt; nope Dee’s right bout the father part, Ian looks different, their father is just a very wellpresserved man-man extraordinar ;9
Although I’m not really sure I’d agree on him being all young-looking, I think he matches the rest of the parental-bunch in age quite well.
He makes me giggle with his mannerisems, manlynessisnes and his fingers going all over the place when he talks ^w^
I like the variation of beliveable characters throughout the story, really well-written!
Well, he doesn’t have any wrinkles, has no facial hair and he behaves like a young man than someone in his 30s to 40s.
You can see that he’s got a bit of a gut going in the second panel, so I’d say that implies that he’s older than Ian. And while Ian does work for a master, maybe his father does as well? (Rare sighting until recently — I couldn’t recall that I’d ever seen their father before.)
Indeed, that is Dores’ and Ian’s father. You’ve seen him before very briefly here and here. They’re supposed to look alike, but I’ve tweaked him slightly now, to hopefully avoid more confusion. :)
Oh noes, did my comment disappear? Anyway, what I said was that I am impressed how you can make a conversation involving more than 3 people interesting (with different angles and shots). I have a hard time doing that!
+ I am envious you are so productive. XD
Oh how wrong I have been!
I see from the panels that Mattias linked to that Peric has black hair and his skin is a little bit darker. It’s just harder to tell because of the candlelit atmosphere.
By the way…I love this comic!
Oh no! Its so sad that Elia’s mom is the only one who doesn’t even care whats up, she just wants her daughter back…. and her’s is gone…… D:
Well I can see where Ian’s chauvinism comes from.
Surely the plan wasn’t for just one of them to go? Though i suppose they might be splitting up to cover more ground…
Dores’s dad makes my skin crawl almost as much as her mother. They need every pair of eyes they can get.
