It looks like the birds are “activating” the eggs. I thought their crowing when the trio entered the otherworld meant they were upset, but maybe they were excited?
That won’t happen unless they go back into the otherworld.
I think. But the birds know something.
This does bode ill – Vandi was able to kill the hatchlings over there by stomping them, but here they may be tougher. Yikes!

Wha oh! Time to get running, or fight, but I don’t think we know how to fight something like that.

I’m just really glad that Vandi isn’t alone in this madness. Good thinking having Ian there! It’s not AS hopeless with them together.
If anyone wants me I’ll be over there, watching the screen through half-closed fingers.
