So… it looks like the scene at the bottom is a mirror image of the scene at the top, only I’m guessing that what Vandi’s trying to prevent has already happened there.
Welcome…… wait, is that the dark world from a Link to the past!?!? Uh, welcome back again, seriously, that town that Vandi is running into looks like a town from the hazy swirled up Dark World from a Link to the Past. Only thing is… she hasn’t turned into like some sort of strange creature because she lacks the moon pearl… but it looks like you play by different rules, so I can’t complain. :P
Just pointing it out.
I’m soooooo glad you two are updating this comic again! But one question: Is Dores’s Mom going to die? PLEASE tell me that Dores’s mom is going to be killed by that bird-thing! It would only be fair, since essentially SHE got Dores killed. Dores was doing this out of an obsession with getting that cold bitch’s love and respect. Momma needs to pay.
13thprotector: It’s been many years since either of us played A Link to the Past, so if it looks the same, it’s pretty much coincidence (same as with Vandi’s similarities to Link). Though conceptually it is kind of similar.
jester: You will just have to wait and see who will live and who will die in the end.
Well, I played Link to the past not but for the last few weeks(still trying to beat it :P). And she is similar to Link, but hey, I ain’t complaining, I think it’s pretty cool. Never did say I didn’t like it, I’m still following along… though I lacked that over the summer… I’m just sorta discombobulated on such a thing. Everything in the dark world is all swirly and warped, that’s why I mentioned it, either it’s warped or it’s all jagged and evil looking.
I’ve been waiting so long to see the mirror village. How very strange it is. It’s not decayed and collapsed the way those constructions would be with time and abandonment. It’s just warped. And we know they haven’t just done a lazy job of drawing decay, because of the awesome job done with the obstacle course falling apart over time.
